Refund policy
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
The product must be in its original, unopened condition, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the invoice at the time of return pickup.
Reasons for Return/Exchange:
The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
The product has expired by the time of delivery.
Return Process:

- We will pick up the item from your address and notify you of the expected pickup date.
- Once the item is received and inspected, you will be informed whether the return is approved or not.
Refund Policy:
- If your return is approved, you will be refunded the full amount via your original payment method.
- Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy:
- If the return is approved, a new product will be delivered to you within 3–5 days after the pickup is completed.

Cancellation:
- Cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped.
- If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded the full amount.
Note: In case of any delivery discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
